This session focuses more specifically on helping educators develop learning ladders (progressions) for any subject area or grade level. I help educators identify the Depth of Knowledge (DOK) of the standard, to illuminate the pathway of instruction, and embed formative assessment within each step. I share teacher exemplars, and a bank of ready-made ladders for teachers to modify and personalize for the needs of their students!
